How do I know what size I need? Please use the SIZE CHART located on our Size Chart page a subcategory of the Home page. Our t-shirts are unisex sizes. The chart is measured in inches with the shirt laying flat, measured from armpit to armpit and top to bottom hem. It is always best to measure a shirt you have and compare with the size chart for best fit. Do you ship internationally? Yes. Please see our Shipping page for information about International shipping fees. So.. how does purchasing a custom tee work? 4 easy steps 1) Place your order, with payment and complete details for your order. Sizes, Text color, Names, Date (some designs). Each item should let you know what information we need. Please check your item details. 2) Watch for our Proof via email, sent within 24 hours of step #1. Approve it or make changes. (If changes are made watch for new proof to be resent, within 24 hours) repeat Step #2 3) Let us do the rest. 4) Enjoy your custom tee(s)! When can I expect my order to arrive? Normal processing time is 5-7 business days, "processing time" is the time AFTER PROOF is APPROVED. During Busy seasons, Wedding season ( Feb- July) and Christmas for example, processing can be up to 10 days. Please email us for current lead time. We have 3 RUSH service options available. They are located on the Rush service page, a subcategory of our Home page. If I choose RUSH service when will I get my Item? After proof approval it will be processed in the days or hours for the RUSH service you purchased. It is always best to email us prior to purchasing RUSH service so we can check our stock and schedule. ALL RUSH services REQUIRE you choose PRIORITY SHIPPING (2-3 days). If we are going to RUSH the order, we do not want your order delayed by the USPS. What is RUSH service? Must email us prior to purchase All RUSH services so we can check our stock and schedule.

You may receive your proof on Sunday, if you approve it quickly your order can be scheduled for processing. Should I choose Fist Class or Priority? If it is for a special event or needed by a certian day.. Even if it is within our lead time we would HIGHLY recommend you choose Priority shipping to be sure they arrive in time for the event. It's only $2.00 more for your piece of mind. We have had an incident where USPS took over 3 weeks to deliver First Class. So it does happen from time to time. Unfortunately, we can not control the USPS. We have never had an issue with Priority shipping. (However, Priority shipping is NOT a substitute for insurance. With Priority shipping you are still not cover for theft, damage or loss if you do not purchase the insurance) What's the point in ordering them... if the USPS First Class isn't going to deliver them in time. Right? When will I get my Proof? Within 24 hours of payment & details for your order. Please know if you forget to give us the details for your order, we can not do your proof. If you do not want your order delayed, please don't forget to provide size along with the details of your order. How will I get my Proof? Your proof will be email to you, within 24 hours of payment & complete details of your order. If you do not receive it within 24 hours, then we have probably emailed you for more information regarding your order so your proof can be completed. If you can not find it please check all of your email addresses associated with your Paypal account, or it may be in you JUNK or SPAM folder, because it contains an attachment. Please check there first. Where is my Proof? We will email it to you, please check ALL your email addresses associated with your Paypal account. If you still can not find your proofs, it may be in your Spam Folder or Junk Mail Folder, many email programs will put emails with attachments there. Please check there first. If you still can not find it, please let us know as soon as possible we will re-email it to you. Can I put anything on your "Custom Shirts"? Yes, anything but copyrighted material. We can custom create designs for you. We have a trained creative staff that will help you design the perfect shirt for you. Do you do Custom shirts in Black? Sorry No. We currently offer White, Ash Grey, and Natural in Adult sizes. *Adult Pink is Special order. Special order fee is $10.00 this is to help cover the shipping cost for us to get your shirt sent to us. Upggrade to Pink is available at the bottom of our Home page. Am I limited to what you have in your store? Can you create a design for me? No. We can create any special design for you. Just ask! Our Creative team is here to help you. Are you ever late with sending out orders? No, not as far as our processing time. We have been in business for several years we have perfected our processing order of events, most of our Custom shirts are purchases via website and Ebay. As long as you provide Payment, the Information we need, Sizes, Text color, Name/ Date (some designs) we will do our job. But the quicker you approve your proof or communicate with us the quicker we can get your order complete & shipped. We can only process your order as fast as you let us. "Processing time" is from proof approval. That means payment was made, we were able to do your proof.. and now waiting on the GO.. to get them processed. We have too many orders to get done to have them backing up our production line. Respond and Approve your proof the faster you get your order. We stay extremely busy so.... Our Production motto: Orders in orders out! Move, move, move! Please remember these are custom and/or personalized shirts, they are custom made to order. They are not just pulled off a shelf, therefore some processing time is needed.
Most common reasons your order will be delayed: You haven't given us the information we need to complete your proof, you have not approved your proof, you have not responded to our emails. First Class shipping. If we have not received your proof approval after 7 days: The owner reserves the right to research all correspondence sent by us, and the information you provided, check payment status... and will approve it for you. As is. About out Shipping We do charge the least amount for shipping and handling that we can. The charges go like this. Included in your shipping is the actual shipping charges, your delivery confirmation number, your padded envelope, bubble wrap, tape, box, etc. The delivery confirmation numbers we use are sold through the post office which means you CAN track them through usps.com. We do NOT use paypal tracking numbers. Some buyers charge you to use these numbers which are printable FREE through Paypal however you CAN NOT use these numbers to track your shipments. Since Paypal accepts these numbers the seller is protected but you are NOT, therefore we DO NOT use these numbers. The Delivery Confirmations that we BUY cost .65cents. If you add the shipping, Delivery Confirmation, the cost of material to ship ( labels, envelopes, tape, ect), wages to our shipping staff, mileage to staff, and the gas to get to the post office NO WE DO NOT make money off our shipments. In some cases we've lost money. We feel our shipping rates are very fair. We do combine shipping to save you money.
We do not always have a chance to email you the confirmation number, but if you request it we will email it to you. If you have not received your item within a reasonable amount of time PLEASE EMAIL us we will be happy to provide you the number so you can track your shipment.
With this in mind please note that insurance is the SOLE responsibility of the buyer. WE ARE NOT responsible for items that are LOST, DAMAGED, or STOLEN in the mail. This does and can happen. If you do not buy insurance and your package is lost, damaged or stolen in the mail then we will be unable to help you. We can give you a delivery confirmation number but that is NOT insurance. We charge only what the post office charges for insurance. Which is $1.30 per $50.00 of insurance. Now if you buy an item for $200.00 and want it insured for $200.00 please add the correct amount. If you add only $1.30 then your item will be insured for $50.00. Insurance is NOT available outside the US. OVERNIGHT SHIPPING Guaranteed this is additional shipping charge. ADDITIONAL $16.00 for up 2 shirts if you are overnighting more then 2 shirts please email us for a quote Available on our Rush Service- Overnight shiping page a subcategory of our Home page. This does not include the Rush service charge.
